Hi,
is there any integrted way to add tooltip to text or icon is sppagebuilder, like in photo joined.
For example : tooltip on hover display a text.

the same not, for more classic appearance you can use title="HELLO" for every text link. And Icon addon has that field already. This is standard in HTML, good for both SEO & Web Accessibility.
To get exactly the same tooltip design for text, you have to use code from bootstrap documenation/examples. But this will be your task as customization code.
