Custom Settings are Not Applied To The Page

Today, I noticed that the settings in the header and menu are no longer being applied to the page https://www.kcsaalfelden.at. Although the custom settings in HU 2.2.4 are correct, they are no longer being applied to the page. I could certainly enter the settings in the custom CSS, but that is not the solution. Is this error known? Thanks for the help.
