How Can I Make Helix Ultimate Faster?

Hello, I'm working on a website under local development using Docker.

It's just a Joomla 6 installation with Helix Ultimate. However, I've noticed that the site is very slow to load, especially when switching between pages, whether from Joomla itself or to a Page Builder SP page. Do you have any settings or parameters I can adjust to make page loading and loading faster?

Template itself is not heavy. I have seen so many sites that works so smooth.

Make deeper analize with Page Speed tester what cause big delayes in loading.
