Upgrade From 3.7.9 To 3.7.11

Hello,

I did the upgrade from my 3.7.9 pro to 3.7.11 and I lost my pro features. I also went and downloaded from my dashboard the 3.7.11 pro and unistalled sp page builder pro on my site and reinstalled it with this new version. Again, no pro. Lastly I unistalled 3.7.11 and reinstalled 3.7.9 pro and it has returned my pro features. Why can I not upgrade to 3.7.11 pro?

Please download the file from here and install it manually.

I did the direct download and install and still do not have the pro features I had before. I explained this in my initial post, however, I redid it again with the same bad results.
