Hi there!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

To assist you more effectively, may I kindly request temporary administrative access to your site? This will allow me to thoroughly investigate and resolve the issue for you.

Before sharing the credentials, I strongly recommend taking a complete backup of your site to ensure all data remains secure.

Looking forward to your response.

Best regards

Thanks for your quick response.

The client is not happy to give you that access but we can on a development site but we don't have the page setup there. I have attached an export of the page if that helps you The issue also happens when you import the template page

Not sure how your question on what the template the site is using is related to our issue which is all admin related. Editing or importing a page. FYI the site template is your template Educon II

I understand your concern. I asked about the site template because, in many cases, the template applies overrides to SP Page Builder addons and admin-related views. These overrides can directly affect how pages are edited, imported, or rendered in the backend.
