Create a New Page > Click "Layout Bundle" button > Choose Theme, then choose page > Import

The same link you can also find on the sidebar. Remember that during Import current page will gone, a new content will override it. There is no "Download" button, only "Import". And if Layout Bundle has 5 pages, you have to repeat process to each of them, one by one, to get 5 separate pages.
