Onepage Template Error After Installation

Hi, I've installed Joomla (newest version), SP Paghe Builder (newest version) and the Onepage Template (newest version). After setting Shaper Onepage as the default site template style I get the error

0 Class "JFactory" not found

when I try to open the website in the browser.

Can you help me with this problem?

Best regards Ernst

Hi, solution found in an existing post > https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/42378 It's necessary to not only enable the Behaviour - Backward Compatibility plugin but also to set Classes Aliases in the plugin settings too. At least in my instalaltion it wouldn't work without this setting. Rgrds, Ernst

Hello Ernst,

Thank you for the update. You are correct — in Joomla!, legacy classes like JFactory require the Behaviour – Backward Compatibility plugin. Additionally, the Class Aliases option must be enabled; without it, Joomla cannot map deprecated classes, causing the error you saw.

We appreciate you sharing the solution—it will help others with the same issue.

Best regards
