Offcanvas Menu Not Displaying Sub-menu Items Properly

Using the Tuber template version 1.0.1. https://shaunavonanimalclinic.ca
The hamburger menu (and offcanvas) has muddled up the sub-menu items under SERVICES and are not displaying properly nor linking properly.
How can I fix this?
