Unfold Template Unable To Insert Background Bg Into Sections

hello joomshaper team,

Suddenly, all the photos that are placed in the background of sections have completely disappeared, and wherever we go to create a new section and add a background bg, it doesn't appear. In the admin panel, everything appears normal, but on the frontend, we only see a white frame. We also tried .jpeg & .webp images. What could be causing this problem?

Apologies for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to manually set a different default color for the site when using the predefined presets. The system always loads the first color preset in the list as the default color on the frontend.

If the following setting in SP Page Builder is disabled: https://prnt.sc/xRDmsyYtV-58

then the site will automatically display the first color preset from the preset list.

You can manage or modify the available color presets from: SP Page Builder → Settings → Color Library https://prnt.sc/pDJgQ9M4kIcm

From there, you can edit the existing presets or remove the ones you do not want so that only your preferred colors appear in the list.

Regarding the color switcher panel on the right side, it is controlled by the presets available in the Color Library. If it is not appearing, please ensure the color preset feature is enabled and that presets are properly configured in the Color Library.

hi! The problem i see now, after the changes you have done, is that the site is using the green color, we had the orange color. in the adim panel at template settings, the choice of the preset is right (orange color) but in the frontend dosent seem to work. In general the Pre Defined Presets are not working now. Pls make the orange the default color.

Also the panel with the diffrent choice of color at the right (switch color) now is not showing.. i will also like to know where i can edit this panel to just showing the colors i want - not all of them. https://snipboard.io/I0Om6s.jpg

Leave it here for others to konw..

  1. Colors now changing only from the Color Library in SP Page Builder Settings https://snipboard.io/wYsgof.jpg

  2. Panel with color at the right of the page Show Color Switcher --> on/off also in SP Page Builder -> Settings https://snipboard.io/acRYnv.jpg

  3. To make changes in the Color Library for all the other colors, you need to scroll horizontally and then the other colors will appear.. this is not so usfull i have to say and really tricky to find it. sometimes you have first to press the cross button at the right and then scroll horizontally. https://snipboard.io/oUDNRZ.jpg

  4. Also for the Background Bg Into Sections not showing just update the SP Page Builder to 6.3.1 version
