Hi, When I open my Helix Ultimate Template Options, I got "code_text" in the options instead of normal text. example: HELIX_ULTIMATE_PRESETS instead of the option "Presets"
I can't see an option here to attach a printscreen but I hope that I explained it enough. THX, Jan

It looks like the language strings are not loading properly, which is why you’re seeing values like HELIX_ULTIMATE_PRESETS instead of readable text.
Could you please try the following steps: • Make sure Helix Ultimate is updated to the latest version. • Go to Extensions → Manage → Discover and install any missing language files. • Clear your Joomla and browser cache. • Check if your site language is properly set and installed.
If the issue still persists, please share a screenshot or provide temporary Super Admin access in hidden content section so we can take a closer look.
