Brands Menu Item : Sort Order

Dear Joomshaper Support,

This is regarding the Easystore Brands menu item type.

The brand names and logos appear to be listed in random order.

Is there a way to adjust the sort so that they are ordered by brand name?

I have looked through the menu item parameters but cannot find sort order.

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out.

Regarding the EasyStore Brands menu item, currently there is no built-in option to control or change the sorting order (such as ordering by brand name) from the menu item settings. The brands are displayed based on the default/internal ordering, which may appear random.

Hi,

Thank you for confirming my thoughts.

It seems trivial but I prefer data to be displayed logically and hope that this might be on the list of future updates to EasyStore.

That will be wonderful thank you.

By the way, I notice the same issue with the "Collections" menu item. The collections are displayed randomly without a sort option.

So maybe the team can look at both features simultaneously.
