I am a new user of SP Page Builder. Created my first page and on trying to view it get an error page saying 'A key is required.' I have already entered the key on the SP Page Builder Settings page and it says it saved correctly!

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced.

After reviewing the issue, it appears that the page you created was an Article Details Page design, which is intended to control the layout of individual articles. Since there are currently no articles available on your site, this resulted in the “A key is required” error when attempting to view the page.

I have removed the incorrectly created layout for you.

To create a standard page, please make sure to add a new regular page from SP Page Builder instead of selecting the Article Details layout.

For step-by-step guidance, you can refer to the official documentation: https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder

If you need any further assistance, feel free to let me know—I’d be happy to help.

Best regards
