Thanks for reaching out to us.
The previous design was based on the Form Builder, but since it has been changed to the Opt-in form, the design was affected. I have added the required CSS in the module’s Custom CSS (Style) section to restore the design.
Please check and let me know if everything looks good now.

First of all, thank you for taking the time to help.
In the mobile version, the button appears outside the line. Also, there is too much space between the text at the top and the form.
Also, when the user starts typing their email address, it doesn't appear in the form; I think it's related to the font color.
