In your activated template i see there is sub footer section in layout check here https://prnt.sc/yhmMIW4sNuYF, where added position none, but you msitakenly added lots of module to this none position check here : https://prnt.sc/ye1alMokFj31 i made this layout to hide for all devic. If you don't need this, then delete this sub footer from layout or keep it as it is.
