Based on the behavior you've described, it appears that your server may be running Imunify360 with the automatic malware cleanup feature enabled.
We are aware of an issue where the security scanner incorrectly identifies certain Helix Ultimate files as malicious and automatically removes portions of their code. This is a false positive, and the modified or removed files can result in the blank article content area you are experiencing.

As a temporary solution, we recommend reinstalling the Helix Ultimate plugin to restore the affected files. However, if Imunify360 continues to perform automatic cleanup, the issue may reoccur until the false positive is addressed.
We are trying to contact the Imunify360 team to help resolve this false detection. In the meantime, if possible, please whitelist the affected Helix Ultimate files or disable the automatic cleanup feature for them.
