Hello, I am looking for a reasonable text editor. The onboard tool does not seem to be particularly user-friendly to me. I am actually used to JCE, but it seems it no longer works with the current version. Does anyone here maybe have an idea???

Yes, JCE must be installed & set as defult first, then you will be able to use it everywhere.

I use JCE v2.9.99 every single day since we added that support to SPPB years ago, and before in Articles. And still works, also inside Text addon, but in "System Editor" Mode. Toolbar looks similar to you? Screenshot made 30sec ago in Joomla 6, SPPB 6.3.2.
Record video with issue to explain your problem more. I can make my own clip if that may help somehow.

Accepted AnswerYes, that's exactly where I want to go. A familiar picture that I really long for.
To my shame, I must admit that I have never heard of the system editor. I always do it old school, like installing components. If necessary, enable a plugin and select it as standard under user. How do I get to a system editor?
