Deactivate A Language

Hello everyone,
after updating the italian language in SPPB I noticed that the Italian language pack (it-IT) has been automatically activated in my setup.
In my case, I only work in English and I would like to keep the environment strictly in English, both for consistency and usability.
I have already checked the available settings, but I couldn't find a way to either:
- deactivate the Italian language completely, or
- uninstall/remove it from the system.
Could you please clarify: whether it is possible to fully disable or uninstall a language pack, and, if so, the correct procedure to do it safely?

Accepted AnswerIn Joomla to remove translation of ANY extension you have to delete language files from two folders
- /language/it-IT/
- /administrator/language/it-IT/
for front-end and back-end. The same is/was in all Joomla versions.
Remember that without them, you have to make your own translation for some phrases that you may use on front-end.

I enclosed requested credentials.
I renamed
/public_html/language/it-IT/it-IT.com_sppagebuilder.ini
to
/public_html/language/it-IT/it-IT.com_sppagebuilder.iniX
and now some strings are back to English, but other are still in Italian. It's a mix of Italian and English but I need all in English
