We have a few questions regarding the Celestia template and SP Property component:

1. Units (sqft vs кв.м): Is it possible to switch the property area units from square feet ( sft ) to square meters ( кв.м )? If yes, where can this be configured?

2. Minimum property size limitation: We are unable to enter values below 50 (e.g. small apartments under 50 кв.м ). The system throws an error. Is there a built-in validation limit, and how can we modify or disable it?

3. Menu issue: We are experiencing a problem with the menu system — submenu items cannot be opened or expanded in the frontend. Is this a known issue, and is there a fix or configuration we should check?

Additionally, we are seeing a PHP warning in: /templates/celestia/html/com_spproperty/property/default.php (line 265) related to a foreach() receiving a string instead of an array.

Any guidance or fixes would be greatly appreciated.
