SP Property: Add Sections/new Type Of Content

In SP Property, is there a way to add more sections (ex: rich text, or a new image block) and specify where it can go in relation to the other sections?
Currently there is only a rich text block and it is in a certain position, it is not possible to move it into the bottom, or add another one somewhere else.
Also, is there a way to add more fields? like the ones for the youtube video. I would like to place a 3D view, or something else, like in Joomla's articles fields, I can create new fields.
