How To Edit Refund/Payment Terms?

Hello,
Invoices created all have the following at the bottom of each order, invoice. One of my specific sites offer no refund and trying to find out if there is a way to update these items on the backend or is it only possible to edit by finding and editing a specific table within SQL? Thnx
Payment Terms: Due within 30 days Policy.
Return Policy: Returns accepted within 30 days with receipt.
