Joomla 5 With The Helix Ultimate 2.1.1 Template

Hi,
I am using Joomla 5 with the Helix Ultimate 2.1.1 template. Suddenly, about a week ago, my main menu disappeared from the frontend.
What I have checked/tried:
The menu module is published in the "menu" position.
The menu is assigned to "All Pages".
In Helix Ultimate settings -> Basic -> Menu, "Mega Menu" is selected and the correct menu is chosen.
In the Layout Builder, the header row exists and the column is set to the "menu" position.
I have tried importing a working JSON configuration from another site, but it didn't solve the issue.
I've cleared the Joomla cache and recompiled SCSS in the template settings.
As seen in the attached screenshot, the header area seems empty or hidden even though the configuration appears correct in the admin panel.
Has anyone encountered this specific bug in Joomla 5 where the menu position stops rendering? Any advice on how to fix this without rebuilding the entire site?

Moreover, Can you share your admin access in the hidden content box to check the issue for you? Please keep a full site backup before sharing the access.

Your menu and logo is now visible as a header. Please modify it as per your need.
