Apologies for the inconvenience.

I’ve checked the issue, and currently the data entered in the Travel Information section (such as contact name and phone number) is being stored, but it is not displayed anywhere in the backend interface. This appears to be a limitation/issue in the current version.

I have already reported this to the development team, and it is expected to be addressed in a future update.

In the meantime, if you need to access this data from the backend bookings, please apply the following temporary workaround:

• Replace the file: JROOT/components/com_spbooking/controllers/checkout.php

• And also replace: administrator/components/com_spbooking/models/forms/booking.xml

with the updated versions provided in the hidden content area.

If a client indicates that two people are traveling on a trip, is there an option in SP Booking to then display fields for the second traveler?

For example:

I enter: 2 travelers. New fields appear:

First name of traveler no. 2 Last name of traveler no. 2 Phone number of traveler no. 2

Etc.?

Unfortunately multiple is not possible.
