Hello Ted,

In your Joomla back end please go to "Components" -> "SP Page Builder" -> "Home" -> scroll down to the "Tweet Feeder" add-on and click on the little pencil icon to open this add-on for editing.

In the presented to you "Twitter Feed" modal box replace the default values inside the "Twitter Username", "Consumer Key", "Consumer Secrete", "Access Token" and"Access Token Secrete" fields (see attached below screenshot) to your own or delete them until you figure out what your own values for those fields are.

Click on "Save" button at the bottom of the modal box to save the changes you made in the "Twitter Feed" addon and then click on "Save" or "Save & Close" to save the page.

Please see the screenshot here for a better understanding.

Feel free to let us know the update.

Thanks!

Hello,

thanks for your reply.

i already did this. i did this now once again.

first i logged me in into the twitter developers portal.

for the fileds below the twitter username in sp pagebuilder i have created a api key and secret key in the twitter developer portal.

for the last two fields in sp pagebuilder i have created a acces token and access secret token in the twitter developer portal.

after adding these parameters i still get the error.

what else can i do?

best regards

when i rename / delete this folder: components\com_sppagebuilder\addons\tweet

the page is working but the twitter plugin is lost.

so maybe it has something to do with these folder

which php configuration do you recommend?
