SP Page Builder Pro Version: 3.7.10

Joomla: 3.9.27

Template: Helix Ultimate

I am attempting to load large video file. I changed the file size limits in php and in the Joomla adminstrator. When I attempt to load the file through Page Builder it just spins after about 90% it states that the file is too large

I uploaded the file through cPanel and again via Filezilla, (public_html/media/videos) I can see the file in cPaenl and in Filezilla, however when I go to Joomla Admin then Page Builder, and attempt to add the file to the Video Ad On, it is missing. It does not show in the window or when I browse for the files.

There is also one more method you can try:

  1. Copy Big/huge video file to image folder (or anywhere you need)
  2. in Video addon put full path to it, for example, /images/video/wedding2020.mp4

Have you tried going to Global Configuration -> Media and then set the value in Maximum Size (in MB) field? Kindly check this image and please confirm: https://prnt.sc/fb0z4d

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! Both suggestions work. However, making sure that the Media settings in the Global Configuration should help in future uploads for the whole site. Namaste.
