Hi, SInce last upgrade to 8.1.1 is it not possible anymnore to add different options to a product. It result in the front view in a 403 error page

A 403 error after upgrading to EasyStore 8.1.1 is usually related to permission or security restrictions on the server. It seems your system may be blocking this request.

Could you please whitelist access for our country (Bangladesh) so we can properly check the issue on your site?

Also, please share:

  • A screenshot of the 403 error
  • The affected product URL

Hi, I mean the productvariations, if i add these to my product it comes back in the front-end with a 404 error. (See photo's)

I am able to add variants and save the product without any issues. Additionally, on the store front page, everything appears to be working correctly.

Could you please share a screen recording or video demonstrating the issue you are facing? This will help us investigate and resolve it more quickly.

Hello,

I found the issue. You are currently assigning a normal SP Page Builder page as the shop page, which is causing the URL mismatch problem.

Please create a new menu for your store page and select the EasyStore Store Front page from SP Page Builder. Then go to EasyStore Settings → Products and assign this page as the Store Page. This should resolve the issue.
