Hi I did go through all this unless I've missed something all the settings etc seem fine and I created a dedicated email address in Cpanel for the domain to send emails - still getting unable to send error message.

Thankyou - I found issue was CC problem in emails headers - removed and all working. Just one issue with the Subject check box field I can't seem to output in the email template - The drop down for state is working OK however.

I just have <p><strong>Subject:</strong>{{subject}}</p> in the email template - do I need to add options?

I have fixed by adding options thankyou
