Images Problems

Having problems again with images uploaded and stored by SP pagebuilder.

I am not a fan of the default upload strategy of putting images into DATE allocated folders and had always prefered to use my normal sturcture. I have had problems in the past with SPPB not recognising /seeing images uploaded via the Joomla media interface and yes, I have always made sure the file paths for media ARE allocated as "images" as required.

Currenlty I have the issue that the element of image contect IS showing a selected image but the image is not rendering on the front end (the test part is) It does not matter which image I choose, they show in the editor page but are not rendered on the front end. I have cleared ALL the cache involved - what might be the issue?

Thank you for your patience, and apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Regarding the image folder structure, this is unfortunately not something that can be changed. We have already discussed this with the development team, and while it is not feasible to modify the existing structure, this is not a limitation in terms of functionality or compatibility. SP Page Builder has been in use for a long time, and the current file structure has been in place since its early versions to ensure consistent backward compatibility across updates and installations.

Regarding the image rendering issue you are experiencing on the front end, we would need to investigate this further on your setup. Could you please provide temporary Super User access so we can inspect the configuration and identify the exact cause of the issue?

Once we have access, we will be able to check this in detail and assist you in resolving it as quickly as possible.

Hi Atick,

Sorry for the delay I have been away...

I was using an Image Layout element and, for some reason any selected image was not showing on the front end but was showing on the editor page?

As I was away for a week I could not leave the space blank so I replaced the element with a properly formatted joomla module holding the desired image and associated text which worked fine.

Currenlty then I can not show you the issue but happy to provide a superuser access if thats of any value?

Hi Atick,

It was on the the "about " page. you will see that I have replaced the element with a joomla module rather that use the Image Layout element...

Can you please recreate the issue in a test page?
