Dentro Template - Update From V1 To V2

Hi,
I have a Joomla 3 website using the Dentro template that is built on Helix Ultimate 1.1.4
How can I update it to run on the new Dentro template that used Helix Ultimate 2?
It doesn't show as a normal update in the Joomla extensions update area, and a manual install of the template fails.

What Joomla do you have now?
New Dentro template is only for new Joomla 5.x+, not 3.x etc. Legacy is not a option for Us.
If you have J3.x just keep what you have now until Joomla 3>4>5 Upgrade.
Also do not install new Helix Ultimate plugin on J3 site (!)
If big short: if old code works, don't make life harder.

Accepted AnswerJ 3.10.12 which was built many years ago with the original Dentro template.
Details and login in the hidden content if you need to check.
I am looking to upgrade this website to Joomla 5, and was hoping there was an upgrade path for Dentro.
If not, is there a way to achieve this? Perhaps disable Dentro, update to Joomla 5, then install the new Dentro?
And enable it as the default template again?

Accepted AnswerDuring Joomla upgrade process set Joomla default template, disable all old daddy plugins etc. and go step by step, remembering about extensions update.
Having fully working Joomla 5 install a new Dentro template version, and set it as default template. Then update Helix plugin etc. and check if all works.
