Issue While Updating SP Page Builder Through Joomla's Extension Update Manager

Hello JoomShaper Support,
I am experiencing an .
Environment:
- Joomla 6.1.1
- SP Page Builder Pro 6.6.0
- Update available: 6.6.2
When I click "Check for Updates" and try to update, Joomla reports:
"Error connecting to the server: 403"
and
"Failed to download package. Download it and install manually from https://www.joomshaper.com/..."
I am logged into my JoomShaper account, but the update download page opens as a blank page.
Could you please verify whether:
- my subscription/license is active;
- the download URL is valid;
- an update key or authentication token is required for Joomla 6.1.1.
I have attached screenshots showing the error.

The 403 error usually indicates that Joomla is unable to download the update package directly from our server. On the error page, there should be a manual download link available. Please try downloading the update package from that link and then install it manually through Joomla's Extension Installer.
Could you please provide the email address associated with your JoomShaper account? We'll check your subscription status and verify that your download access is active.
