EasyStore Complete Configuration

Hi,
I have installed EasyStore and completed the configuration, but when going to the dashboard, I still see 5/6 tasks completed, it seems to consider I didn't complete tasks 1 site configuration) even tough I did complete it.
Could you also tell me how to configure invoice and order prefixes to include current year ?
E.g. I would like to have my orders named ORD-2026-00001 and Invoices INV-2026-00001 without having to come back every year and manually update the year in the prefix. Is this possible ?

I can still see a few missing items in the configuration:
- You have not yet added the State information in the Store Address settings.
- In the Product Tabs settings, you have not selected a Shop page.
- In the Checkout settings, please add the Legal Information page.
After completing these items, the setup checklist should hopefully show as fully completed.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.
As for the order and invoice numbering, it is currently not possible to automatically include the current year in the prefix (e.g. ORD-2026-00001 or INV-2026-00001) and have it update dynamically each year. The prefix is static and would need to be updated manually if you wish to change the year.
Once I have access, I’ll investigate further and see what’s causing the issue. Let me know once you’ve shared the details!
