Site Front End Broken After Doing Updates

Helix Framework 1 week ago

After finishing component updates and updating Joomla 5 to the latest V5.4.6 my site is working fine on the administrator end but the front end is broken with the message, "Attempted to load class "Helper" from namespace "HelixUltimate\Framework\Platform". Did you forget a "use" statement for another namespace?"

There is a list of ClassNotFoundErrors and Runtime Exceptions which seem to be focused on helix ultimate and the template.

Hi there!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

To assist you more effectively, may I kindly request temporary administrative access to your site? This will allow me to thoroughly investigate and resolve the issue for you.

Before sharing the credentials, I strongly recommend taking a complete backup of your site to ensure all data remains secure.

Looking forward to your response.

Best regards

Sorry about the credentials, I did actually try to edit my post to add credentials shortly after submission but apparently it didn't go through.

I have an akeeba backup of the site.

Could you please share your administrator panel url?

I guess I thought you could pick that up from the site URL.

I am unable to follow the video. Even after running at half speed I could not keep track of the operations and actions near the address bar are cut off so I can't see what has been entered.

Also it seems that if you were able to make the correction you would have done so and responded with the steps just to inform. This leads me to believe that it is not possible to correct without more extensive restoration. Is this true?

I was hoping that component updates and upgrade to Joomla 6 would address this issue.

I checked your website and noticed that the administrator URL is redirecting to the frontend. For example, when I visit yoursite.com/administrator, it automatically redirects to yoursite.com. Because of this redirect, I'm unable to access the Joomla administrator panel to investigate the issue further.

This is really strange. I am having no problem logging into the administrator panel. The credentials I gave you were created using Akeeba Tools Temp Super User tool.

Never mind. I have restored my site from an earlier backup. This post has been a complete waste of time for me.
