Hi,

Thank you for reaching out and for providing the details.

To better understand the issue, could you please clarify the expected visibility behavior for the following sections?

  • Section: INTRO – On which devices and orientations would you like this section to be visible, and on which would you like it to be hidden?
  • Section: Ils nous soutiennent PC – On which devices and orientations would you like this section to be visible, and on which would you like it to be hidden?

For example, please specify whether each section should be shown or hidden on:

  • Desktop
  • Tablet (Landscape)
  • Tablet (Portrait)
  • Mobile

Once we have these details, we'll be able to investigate the issue more accurately and assist you further.

We look forward to your response.

Hello, Thank you for your reply. I am aware of that. However, the requested settings are not working on the tablet in portrait mode—please see the two attached images. I am using SP Page Builder 6.6.2.

Hi,

Thank you for your response.

I have checked the visibility settings on my end, and they appear to be working as currently configured. It's possible that I may be missing something specific in your setup.

Could you please share a screen recording demonstrating the issue? Seeing the exact behavior on your tablet in portrait mode will help us better understand the problem and identify the cause.

We look forward to your response.

I'm sending you two screenshots: On a smartphone, the "Intro" section appears. On a tablet, the "Intro" section does not appear.

And for the "They Support Us" section, it's the opposite; it appears in tablet portrait mode when it shouldn't.

Please test on your smartphone and tablet. https://artisanet.info/tabette.jpg https://artisanet.info/smartphone.jpg

Hi,

Thank you for sharing the screenshots.

I have reviewed the visibility settings again, but I'm still not able to identify the issue.

For the "Intro" section, the current visibility settings are configured as:

  • Hidden on Laptop
  • Hidden on Tablet Landscape
  • Hidden on Tablet Portrait

Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/qWxHY4_xBCXw

With this configuration, the section is expected to be visible only on mobile devices, so the behavior you're describing appears to match the current settings.

For the "Ils nous soutiennent PC" section, the settings are:

  • Hidden on Mobile Landscape
  • Hidden on Mobile Portrait

Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/tZSe0ejZRSWX

This means the section is expected to be visible on Desktop and Tablet devices and hidden only on Mobile devices, which also matches the current behavior.

Could you please clarify what behavior you are expecting instead? Specifically, let us know on which devices (Desktop, Tablet Landscape, Tablet Portrait, Mobile) each section should be visible or hidden. Once we understand the expected behavior, we'll be happy to investigate further.

I found the problem. It stems from the French version not matching the English version. Please review the images sent in message #227423. A little bug in french version ?
