Contact Form Issue - Sender Email

Hello all, i have an issue with the page builder contact form.
Is all configured properly, and i receive emails on my account. But when the mail arrives, instead of the sender email (which i can see in the message), i see myself as sender. and in fact, when i hit "reply" from my email client, my address is set as default and i reply to myself. how can i solve this?

Accepted AnswerWill you please provide me the Joomla administrator access ? Use the hidden mode to share the log in credentials. Sometimes a module may create such a problem and disabling it may solve the issue. Kindly provide me your access so that I can check & will get back to you soon.

Accepted Answeryes, it works but: try to hit "reply", the adress of the sender needs to be copied manually
