it was so many thing that were changed, I reconstructed most of it, I just wonder how this could happen. For ex. in templare > layout > there was a line missing with position 8 for the contact form and the background color of the footer was white instread of black, now I fixed those things. another issue: languafe switcher was gone, still it is not yet in right position at least on desktop. Logo scroll was not there any more, favicon was not there anymore.....mayn things

...and colors changed like the send button in the contact form is (still) green instead of black...

I really have no idea why I had to rebuilt so many details....I fixed almost everything. I am not sure from where the helix 3 (shaper one clip) gets its custom.css connection or rather where should it be hosted so that it is displayed in the frontend styles....

sorry there is one more thing I could resolve: the first preset color is in the main drop down menu the background color and also the sen button at the form on every page at bottom. and links have also still this green color, I already changed the preset color in the template but no changes

Could you please check whether the issues are still occurring now?

For the preset color issue, please follow these steps:

1. Go to Helix3 → Advanced.
2. Enable Compile LESS to CSS.
3. Save the template.
4. Disable Compile LESS to CSS again.
5. Save the template once more.
6. Clear the Helix cache, Joomla cache, and your browser cache.

I also noticed that your hosting appears to use server-side caching. Please clear the hosting cache as well, then check if the dropdown menu background and link colors have updated.

Let us know the results after trying these steps.

in shaper oneclip I cannot find cache, how to delete template cache and I also wonder who created this style (see attachment) for layout options in the template, there are more in the dropdown with strange names but cannot make a screenshot of this.

The issue with wrong color (green/see above ) is still there. although enabling and disabling Compile LESS to CSS. And one more time: I dont use helixultimate for I use one of your template which runs on helix3 V3.1.2

From the screenshot you provided, I can see some unexpected layout style entries. This suggests that your site may have been compromised previously, or there may still be malicious or leftover data in your database.

Please run a malware scan through your hosting provider first. As an additional check, you can also use our Joomla Security Scanner:

Thnx for the tip. I removed all the corrupted layouts via ftp (/httpdocs/templates/shaper_oneclip/layout)

..still I am facing the issue with the green color from previous preset color. I dont now how to remove it. I saved disabeld/enabled several times Compile LESS to CSS, removed cache but still it is there

Just a quick tip: Add the following code to your custom.css, and the blue checkbox will also be dark green. :)

Could you try the following?

1. Switch back to the default Preset 3 (orange).
2. Save the template settings.
3. Clear Joomla and browser cache.
4. Switch back to your custom colors.
5. Save again and recompile the LESS files.

Then check if the generated CSS uses your new Major Color instead of the default #007c83.

I am very sorry to tell you - I have deleted in opera browser in private and normal window complete cache of all times twice, I have removed joomla cache and still GREEN IS there

Look the prest style is still seen (green link color) (see https://snipboard.io/ZFwBTn.jpg) I changed it by writing a { color: #00529c!important; } into the custom.css

The form send button, there is no chance to change hover mouse over color (which is the same preset green), cant find it, I chose "link" as button style in the page builder editor.
