Could you please let us know which Joomla version you're currently using?

Also, please check your browser's Developer Tools (press F12) and open the Network tab. Then try opening SP Page Builder again and let us know which request is returning the 403 Forbidden response. A screenshot of the Network tab showing the failed request would also be very helpful.

This information will help us identify the cause of the issue more quickly.

A 403 Forbidden error is usually caused by your hosting server. It may be due to ModSecurity, a Web Application Firewall (WAF) rule, or an .htaccess rule blocking the request.

Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to check the server logs to determine why the request is being blocked. They should be able to identify whether a security rule or server configuration is causing the issue and whitelist or adjust it if necessary.
