Please make sure that you have installed the Helix Ultimate Template Package, not just the Helix Ultimate Framework plugin. Installing only the framework plugin will not add the Helix Ultimate template to System → Site Templates.

If you have already installed the template package and it still does not appear, please check System → Manage → Extensions and ensure that both the Helix Ultimate Framework plugin and the Helix Ultimate template are installed and enabled.

If everything is installed and enabled but the template is still missing, please let us know. We'll be happy to investigate the issue further.

I now have it uploaded it again and can see it in the system, when I go to the styles to edit I get this error:

Default Layout file is not exists! Please goto to template manager and create a new layout first.

I can now edit the template but the changes aren't displayin gin the back end. when I select save and view the front end they are there but the backend stays unchanged.

hey there, I took the decision to just blitz everything and start again. So downloaded yoru compelte joomla and helix package installed that, then installed pagebuilder pro but there is no where to add the license key in the settings of the system.

All I have is options, colour labrary & typography,

In Quickstart there is LITE/FREE verison only. You have to download and install SP PageBuilder Pro. Then clear Joomla & browser cache, and that's all.

Only in PRO version in Settings there is License Key field : https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/installation-update#add-license-key
