Issue With Article Addons When Articles are For Registered Users

Hi,

As I didn't have an answer to my previous post, I'm asking again as I really need help.

On a site I'm rebuilding with Helix Ultimate and SP Page Builder, I have a Articles addon on the frontpage which should display the image and intro of articles for registered users, but instead of displaying articles, it displays a message "No item found". Do you have an idea why and what I've missed?

Hello Sandra,

Sorry for your experience.

After logging in with the registered user account, I'm unable to get past the Edit Profile page. Please see the screenshot shared in the hidden content box.

Could you please check this on your end and let us know once it's resolved?

You can now log in as registered user.

I did a test: I set up my articles to public and the add-on as registered, it still doesn't work.

Please help.
