Hi,

Thanks for reaching out.

Could you please let us know when this issue started? Are you receiving the "Unable To Detect Manifest File" error while updating Joomla, SP Page Builder, and the German language pack, or does it also occur when installing other extensions?

Additionally, please provide:

  • Your Joomla version.
  • Your PHP version.
  • The full error message (if there is any additional information).
  • A screenshot of the error.

If possible, please also provide temporary Joomla administrator access so we can investigate the issue further.

However, this problem usually occurs when your browser is configured to automatically extract compressed downloads. Joomla expects the package to be uploaded as the original .zip file.

You can resolve this by either:

  • Compressing the extracted extension folder back into a .zip file and uploading it again, or
  • Disabling your browser's automatic extraction/opening of downloaded ZIP files, then downloading the extension package again and uploading the original .zip file.

Please let us know if the issue persists.

Best regards,

Hi,

Did you check my previous steps about resolving the issue?

Moreover, I could not find any pending update there, all seems up to dated though.

Thanks!

Hi,

It seems your SP Page Builder has already updated to 6.7.0. Screenshots are in the hidden content box.

I could also reinstall the latest SPPB 6.7.0 version in your site!

Best regards,

Hi,

Thanks for reaching out.

Regarding the Joomla language pack installation issue, this appears to be related to Joomla core rather than our products.

We kindly recommend posting your question on the official Joomla Forum, where the Joomla community and core contributors will be able to assist you further.

Best regards,
