Can't update to SP Page Builder 6.10 - Unable to detect Manifest File

Asked by Thomas Mühlbauer 2 days ago Last activity 5 hours ago

Hi all!

I'm having trouble updating to SP Page Builder Pro 6.10. A few weeks ago, I had the latest Pro version installed.
After my Pro license expired, I installed SP Page Builder 3.8.10.

I have since purchased a new Pro license, but I can no longer install the SP Page Builder Pro 6.10 package. When I upload the file, I now only see an error bar. Previously, I received an error related to the detection of the manifest file.

I have already tried removing all components related to SP Page Builder, but I am still unable to install the latest version.

Could someone please help me resolve this issue?

Many Thanks!
Tom

I tried a different method, and it helped. I disabled Joomla System Cache for a time of installation.

Yes, now you have SPPB 6.10, a new one.

In general, totally weird case, stubborn Joomla ;p

Can I take a full backup of your site?

Hi, If I may.. Something is blocking the installation of SPPB, even if I want to upload the package through Phoca Commander. And this is not a SPPB nor Joomla issue, it's something else (server firewall?). I bet that if I ran your website on my server or localhost, I could easily upload any file and install it.

Can you upload com_sppagebuilder_pro_v6.10.0.zip to /temp and /tmp folders using FTP or File Manager from cPanel, danke
