I have no restrictions inside .htaccess file, this is exactly the same as previously.

I tried to recopied and pasted the license key into Page Builder Options and save again, and now works fine.

so what's wrong?

Hello

Thank you for the screenshot. Can you please provide me the administrative access? I will check from my end. Kindly use the hidden mode to share the log in credentials.

Hi,

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Did you put your email and license key to the global options of SPPB, please?

Please download the updated version from our website and install it through the Extensions>Manage>Install for now.

Best Regards

Sometimes, a probable reason for this error might be that your server ip is blacklisted from our server somehow. But i am hoping this is temporary and next time you will not face this issue.

Actually, the default update process fetches the pack from a server and serves you the file. And 403 error refers to access forbidden from the server. So, somehow your htaccess or server isn't allowing the URL to fetch the file from a remote server. Maybe for some security purpose.

So, in this case, you need to download the file manually from the served URL http://prntscr.com/og42xy and install it manually.

BTW, did you try to recopied and pasted the license key into Page Builder Options, and clear the Joomla and browser cache, please?

Best Regards

Maybe, connection with the server lost somehow, so re-enter the license key, and re-save repair the connection I think.

However, I'm glad that it is working now:)
