1. Load your website with disabling firefox addons and see if it loads correctly
2. Remove google analytics and see if your site loads without delay

Also, you can try removing custom script from cookie consent and template layout.

I try everithing you say and problem persist

I resolve the problem do this situation: -PlguIn JCH Optimize -> Combine CSS and javascript files -> Enable = False

The plugin is with option to true, and the problem persist em mozzila. With this option to false, the problem gone.
