Hello,

i have purchased your wonderful product "SP Page Builder Pro". I have three questions about it:

  1. I have the version for 1 license. This version may only be used for one domain. But what about subdomains?

  2. I wanted to test the "Layout Bundles". But I get the error message "Invalid License Key".

  3. I use the template "Helium Unlimited". As a user of "SP Page Builder Pro", am I allowed to remove the note "Templates by JoomShaper" in the footer?

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us.

  1. Yes, you can use subdomains too.

  2. You will get all related info there:

https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/sp-page-builder-3/installation

And please make sure you have input your email and license key to SP Page Builder -> Pages -> Option (on the right) -> License & Update (input your email and license key) -> Save and Close. and then clear your browser and Joomla cache.

Most importantly, You have to copy the license key from your Joomshaper Dashboard. I have attached a screenshot for your ease:

  1. Did you mean "Helix Ultimate"?

  1. You can use it on subdomains as well.

  3. Yes you can remove the note as well.
