Adjust Language Module Who is Online

I use PageBuiler 6.8.0 and the Helix template. Where can I change the language of the module at the bottom of the template (bottom4) Who is online from English to Dutch.

It can be Joomla core module. If yes, then you have to install Joomla language and enable it, I am guessing not seeing your site.
