Thanks for contacting us. Sorry, right now this feature/functionality is not available. There is no onclick feature on SP Page Builder action buttons.

Indeed. You have to use Convert Forms (Tassos), it allow using custom code.

OR

Override our addon (site.php file) if the same code will be used for all forms.
