Alternatively, you can download the latest EasyStore version from our downloads page and install it manually:

Please try the manual installation and let us know if you encounter any errors. If so, kindly share a screenshot of the error with us so we can investigate further.

Hi, thank you for your reply - problem is, I have installed the selixo template with quick install package, where the easy store plugin was already included. Now on my joomshaper profile it lookes like I cannot download easy store by itself allone - instead I would have to buy it again - wich was not planed to pay for it evertime I have to make an updat of my former version. Please let me know if you can offer a different way to upgrade easy store.

If you need to update EasyStore, you will need to purchase a license from the following plans:

JoomShaper Pricing

Please note that EasyStore is not included with the SP Page Builder plan or the Template plan.

If you currently have another plan, you can renew or repurchase the All Access plan instead. Once you purchase the new plan, we can either refund your existing purchase or merge the remaining days of your current plan with the new plan, depending on your preference.

I have been usin SP Pagebuilder since 2016 (10 years from now) and have always renewed my plans (All Plans and Templates) easystore came with the qucik installation of the selixo template and apperared since the very beiginning in the backend left side menu of selixo. Why do you include extensions in your templates that have to paid afterwards to get the update therefore - that does not look fair to me.

The selixo Template is connected to my joomla developmetn aerea for a new clients website After finishing the webhost will be a differnt name: www.palmira-boutique.at

Please provide me with a step by step instruction where and how to set current or new plan I have many differtent plans for several other websiten in my joomshaper account and dont want get lost.

You are correct. The Selixo template includes EasyStore by default, and all of our eCommerce templates come with EasyStore included.

However, an active EasyStore plan is required to receive EasyStore updates.

Please share your registered email address in the hidden content section so we can check your current license details. Once we review your existing plans, I will guide you on exactly what you need to do.
