Hi. In one of my websites, the helix ultimate template is not updating. It says "copy failed", in spite of all the permissions are correct.

I'm currently using Joomla 5.4.9 with Helix Ultimate 2.0.18. The support team provided me all zip files of the subsequent versions of the template until 2.2.9, but all gave the exact same error.

How can that be fixed? I appreciate the help.
