When I clicked the button to download the latest version of SP Page Builder Pro, it downloaded the file com_sppagebuilder_free_v6.10.0.zip instead. Now after uploading the correct file, I cannot get it to go back to the PRO version. How can I fix this?

Hi Arthur,
Easy to fix in seconds; you probably forgot to disable the update plugin for the free/lite version.
- Go to Plugins, find all plugins with the name " SP Page Builder ", and uninstall the one with the "Free" name.
- Go to Update > Update Sites > find "SP Page Builder" if you have an item with the link "com-sp-page-builder-free.xml" mark it and delete it from the toolbar.
Then go to our Download section, download SPPB Pro, install it, then clear the Joomla cache & Browser Cache. That's all.

Under Plugins, there are no SP Page Builder entries that say "Free"
Under Update > Update Sites> there is no item with the free.xml address, only the pro-next.xml
There must be a way I can just start over.

I have been using SP Page Builder Pro for years. This problem was caused by my mistakenly uploading an update that was the free version instead of the pro version. This is affecting several sites and I need a definitive answer for this particular situation.

Hmm. In that case, just download PRO from our site and install it. Those two tips from the documentation helped in 99% of cases.
