Hope this will solve the issue for you!

Note: Path towards custom CSS: Extensions>Templates>Styles> Click on your current default template name then choose Template Options. Then find custom CSS within the custom code.

Thanks for the codelines. When i load the page, my screen always look strange (see picture), but as soon as start gowing down the page, header is fullscreen (like i wanted) . Any idea ? Have a nice day!!
