When configuring a Form Builder with check box, there is no check box on the page.

Thanks for contacting us. This issue in the SP Page Builder Form Builder add-on may be caused by a CSS conflict with your Joomla template or by the checkbox styling settings.

Please try the following steps:

1. Open the Form Builder addon → Field → Radio & Checkbox and check the checkbox appearance settings.
2. Verify that the checkbox items are configured correctly under Form Items.
3. Temporarily switch to the default Joomla Cassiopeia template to determine whether the issue is caused by your current template.
4. Inspect the checkbox element using your browser's Developer Tools to check whether custom CSS is hiding it.
5. Clear the Joomla and browser caches, then check again.
