Template "Mega Inc" No Offcanvas

Hello Support

I'm using "Mega Inc"-Template for my site Ing.-Büro R. Krueck but menu "Offcanvas" is not working correctly. I can select the menu only, when screen is so small, that menu icon shown in second row. Same problem is in originally quickstart installation also.
